Susan “Tracy” Kelone, NP
Tracy Kelone is a Nurse Practitioner with more than 35 years of experience in healthcare. She began her career in emergency medicine before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Louisiana College and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University.
Today, Tracy provides care in all aspects of primary medicine with additional expertise in cardiology, hormone replacement therapy, and thyroid dysfunction. She is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their own healthcare and is dedicated to ensuring each person receives a personalized and comprehensive plan in which they feel comfortable.
A proud resident of Avoyelles Parish, Tracy is committed to serving her community. At Moreauville Family Care Center, she wants patients to know that they can receive quality healthcare locally—without the need to travel out of town. “Our community is growing and we are dedicating ourselves to offering quality healthcare to patients right here in their own hometown”.
